Overview
A construction-sequencing animation for a waterfront development, produced for JRM Construction Management. The client is withheld by request; the address stands in as the project's name.
The Challenge
A marina-adjacent build carries logistics most sites don't — tide, dockage, and a working waterfront to coordinate around. The animation had to make that sequence legible from existing conditions through enclosure.
Creative Direction
Direction staged the build as a clear phase-by-phase story — existing conditions, foundations and MEPs, structure, exterior enclosure — keeping the waterfront context in frame throughout so the sequencing reads against the real site.
