Overview
Fine Ligne Studio is a full-stack embroidery brand: a customer-facing studio at fineligne.co where a monogram, crest, or logo becomes a live, priced 3D thread proof, and Stitch OS, the production system behind it — turning approved artwork into a stitch-ready file, mapping thread and machine, and carrying the order through production and the client relationship.
The Challenge
Custom embroidery is usually a black box: send artwork, wait for a quote, hope the stitch count and colors were interpreted correctly. The work was to make that translation visible and immediate — for the customer configuring an order, and for the studio turning it into a production file — while keeping a human sew-test as the final word before anything ships.
Creative Direction
Direction treated the six collections — Institutional, Corporate, Monogram Atelier, Home & Table, Bags & Accessories, Apparel — as one idea expressed six ways: an idea, translated into thread, made tangible. The customer-facing Atelier walks product, artwork, thread, and placement into a live estimate; Stitch OS carries that same object through color mapping, stitch construction, machine assignment, and a design-readiness score, plus the order processing and client CRM that keep a studio production business running underneath it.

- 04
Production
