Overview
An interactive MEP riser coordination model for a confidential client's commercial tower — a schedule-linked, browser-based tool that layers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and IT/AV risers over a glass-tower model, with floor-focus, plan reveals, and a live construction sequence timeline.
The Challenge
MEP riser coordination lives in dense drawings and clashes. The work made the risers legible — a model you can filter by discipline and floor, tied to the construction schedule.
Creative Direction
Direction turned four riser diagrams into one navigable model: discipline layers, a model/plans toggle, floor-focus, animated plan reveals, and a schedule timeline that highlights only the milestones tied to the model — from shaft access to substantial completion.
