A 3D construction-logistics and sequencing animation for SciTech City, produced for JRM Construction Management — excavation and foundations through site setup, cranes, and delivery sequencing, made legible for clients and project teams.
The Challenge
Construction logistics are three-dimensional and time-based, but they're usually explained with static plans. The work turned the site plan into a film you can watch unfold.
Creative Direction
Direction staged the build like a story — excavation, foundations, structure, and delivery sequencing — rendered so a non-technical audience can follow the plan for the site.
