Live Interactive Preview

A working prototype — pop it out and explore. Conceptual / dummy data.

Overview

A browser-based interactive digital twin — a presentation prototype for the American Express interior buildout pursuit at 2 World Trade Center, built for JRM Construction Management. A navigable tower stack: floor-by-floor program, module cards, schedule and dashboard views, and an active-floor detail model. (Project data is conceptual, for presentation.)

The Challenge

A construction pursuit is won in the room. The challenge was to turn a stack of program, schedule, and dashboard data into something an executive can explore and believe in — a digital twin, not a slide deck.

Creative Direction

Direction built the pursuit as a product: a navigable tower stack with zones and floor pins, module cards, view toggles between an AMEX-tools light theme and a dark digital-twin theme, animated progress, and a live active-floor modal — designed so real project-controls, BIM, and schedule data can map straight into the UI later.

Process

  1. 01

    Model

Build the tower stack, floors, and program as data.

  2. 02

    Design

  3. 03

    Theme

AMEX-tools light and dark digital-twin views.

  4. 04

    Pitch

An interactive presentation that maps to real data later.
