Overview
A focused UX and information-design study for household water: flow, shutoff, alerts, status, health, consumption, and diagnostics, designed to communicate clearly.
The Challenge
Water systems generate important information, but most interfaces communicate it poorly. The challenge was legibility — turning raw signals into status a person can trust and act on.
Creative Direction
Direction stripped the interface to what matters: is everything okay, what changed, and what should I do. Information design over dashboard density.
